Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, relationship‑driven client service consistent with the standards of a luxury watch boutique; nurture long‑term client relationships and proactively build a local client portfolio.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through expert product presentation, tailored recommendations and persuasive selling techniques.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across collections, movements and technical features to advise clients accurately on watch selection, care and servicing.
  • Manage point‑of‑sale transactions, client records and CRM updates with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support merchandising and store presentation standards, ensuring windows and sales floor reflect brand guidelines and seasonal directives.
  • Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment and loss‑prevention measures; liaise with after‑sales service teams as required.
  • Participate in boutique events, product launches and in‑store initiatives to drive traffic and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience within luxury goods, watches or jewellery preferred (1–3 years recommended).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing repeat clientele.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, polished presentation and a service orientation suited to high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Experience
