Omega (Swatch Group) seeks a Sales Associate (maternity cover) in Athens — temporary boutique role requiring luxury retail sales experience.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and clienteling to cultivate long-term relationships and maximise sales conversion.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through active selling, cross-selling and follow-up.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising to Omega brand standards; ensure product presentation and replenishment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately; process transactions, exchanges, warranties and after-sales paperwork.
- Conduct stock control and inventory procedures; ensure secure handling and storage of high-value merchandise.
- Coordinate with after-sales/service teams and regional management for repairs, authentication and client enquiries.
- Adhere to brand security protocols, loss-prevention measures and corporate compliance requirements.
- Provide seamless cover for the maternity period, adapting to shift patterns and supporting colleagues during peak periods.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail, watch or jewellery boutique sales (preferred 1–2 years).
- Polished, client-focused manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrable numeracy and accurate cash-handling skills.
- Ability to follow brand standards for visual merchandising and clienteling.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak trading periods; reliable and punctual.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–2 years of direct experience in luxury retail, ideally within a watch or jewellery boutique; demonstrable sales achievements and clienteling experience.
Education
Secondary education (high school) required; vocational training or qualifications in retail, hospitality or luxury brand management advantageous.
