Sales Advisor
Omega (Swatch Group) seeks a Sales Advisor in Paris for a permanent boutique role delivering luxury client service and achieving sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service in the Omega boutique, building long‑term client relationships and performing proactive clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling of watches and related accessories.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge of Omega timepieces, movements and technical features to advise clients confidently.
- Execute boutique visual merchandising standards and maintain brand presentation consistent with corporate guidelines.
- Process sales transactions, manage reservations and returns, and maintain accurate client and inventory records using the store's POS systems.
- Coordinate with after‑sales and service teams to follow up on repairs, servicing and warranty enquiries.
- Participate in in‑store events, product launches and local networking to grow the client base.
- Adhere to security, cash handling and store loss‑prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in watches or jewelry.
- Strong clienteling and interpersonal skills with a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities; polished professional demeanour.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Right to work in France and ability to work from the specified Paris boutique.
- Multilingual capability (French essential; English highly desirable) is advantageous.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail experience in the luxury sector, ideally with direct exposure to watches or high‑end jewelry and a track record of meeting sales objectives.
Education
High‑school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or luxury brand management is a plus.
