Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a luxury retail environment.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement and product knowledge.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay informed about product specifications and brand history to effectively communicate with clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certifications in sales or luxury retail management are advantageous.
