Keyholder / Watch Technician
OMEGA — Keyholder/Watch Technician in San Antonio (La Cantera). Boutique role combining client service, basic watch servicing and store keyholder responsibilities.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as keyholder for the La Cantera boutique: opening/closing, cash reconciliation and ensuring store security and standards
- Provide technical workshop services at boutique level including battery changes, bracelet adjustments, basic diagnostics and polishing, escalating complex repairs to the after‑sales service centre
- Deliver exemplary clienteling: build relationships, manage appointments, advise clients on product features and maintenance, and drive repeat business
- Manage warranty intake and documentation, liaise with central service teams, and track repair statuses until return to client
- Support merchandising, stock management and inventory controls; perform regular stock counts and assist with shipping/receiving of watches
- Train and mentor sales colleagues on product knowledge, basic technical checks and brand service protocols
- Ensure compliance with brand visual merchandising, loss prevention and quality standards
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in watchmaking (WOSTEP, equivalent national watchmaking certificate, or formal technical training) preferred
- Previous retail keyholder or supervisory experience in luxury goods or boutique environment
- Demonstrable experience servicing wristwatch movements and performing case/bracelet adjustments
- Proven ability to manage cash, POS transactions and reconciliations securely
- Strong client‑facing skills with a polished, service‑oriented manner
Skills
Experience
Several years of combined experience in watch servicing/repair and luxury retail; prior keyholder or supervisory responsibility in a boutique setting is strongly preferred.
Education
Watchmaking diploma or certification (WOSTEP or equivalent) preferred; secondary education required.
