Keyholder / Watch Technician
OMEGA in Glendale, CA seeks a Keyholder / Watch Technician to manage boutique operations, client service and watch servicing.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as authorised keyholder: open and close the boutique, secure premises and manage safe/cash procedures.
- Deliver exemplary client service and clienteling—build and maintain relationships with high‑net‑worth customers to drive sales and repeat business.
- Perform basic watch servicing and diagnostics (battery replacements, pressure tests, polishing, adjustment) and coordinate complex repairs with the brand’s after‑sales service centre.
- Supervise the sales floor in the absence of the store manager: coach sales associates, allocate tasks and uphold visual merchandising standards.
- Operate POS and transactional processes accurately; reconcile daily takings and assist with deposit procedures.
- Manage inventory control: receive, log and store stock; conduct periodic stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with brand policies, technical protocols and health & safety regulations; maintain technical work area and tools to brand standards.
Qualifications
- Proven luxury retail experience with responsibility for keyholding or supervisory duties.
- Formal watchmaking training preferred (WOSTEP, CW21 or equivalent) or demonstrated technical experience in timepiece servicing.
- Strong clienteling and sales record in premium watches or luxury accessories.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Typically requires 2–4 years of combined experience in luxury retail and watch servicing, including prior keyholder or supervisory responsibilities and hands‑on experience with timepiece maintenance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal watchmaking certification (WOSTEP, CW21 or equivalent) preferred.
