Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and foster a luxury shopping experience.
- Support the management team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are pristine.
- Assist in training and developing sales associates.
- Handle cash transactions and manage store opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of high-end customer service principles.
- Proficiency in handling point-of-sale systems and cash management.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.
Education
