Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Boutique Director in daily operations and management of the boutique.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of luxury retail.
• Assist in staff training and development to enhance team performance.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing brand presence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury retail management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Fluency in English and German preferred.

Experience

Several years of experience in luxury retail management, preferably in a leadership role.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
