Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the boutique to ensure high standards of customer service and sales performance.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain and enhance the visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand's luxury image.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic and maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management.

Experience
