Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in daily operations and management of the boutique.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain the brand's high standards.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Train and mentor boutique staff to enhance performance and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with headquarters for marketing and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the luxury watch market.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and sales reporting.
- Fluency in German and English.

Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in a managerial position.
