Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure completeness and regulatory compliance of Product Information Files for the skincare portfolio across EU and international markets.
- Prepare and submit product notifications on the CPNP and SCPN portals and maintain records of submissions.
- Support preparation of product registration dossiers for export markets and coordinate required documentation.
- Update and maintain internal regulatory procedures and contribute to the development of Maison regulatory requirements for suppliers.
- Assist the team with regulatory documentation for packaging and raw materials, ensuring dossiers meet applicable standards.
- Liaise with suppliers to implement and enforce internal regulatory requirements and obtain necessary supporting documentation.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or holding a minimum Bac+3 degree in regulatory affairs (cosmetic focus), pharmacy, chemistry or a closely related discipline; work‑study (alternance) status required.
- Demonstrable knowledge of current cosmetic regulation is essential (EU cosmetics regulation and international requirements).
- Rigorous, methodical and quality‑driven with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple dossiers concurrently.
- Autonomous, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑evolving, cross‑functional environment.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Experience
Entry‑level — suitable for a recent graduate or a student in a Bac+3 (or higher) programme in cosmetic regulatory affairs. Prior internship or academic exposure to cosmetics regulation is beneficial but not mandatory.
Education
Minimum Bac+3 (Bachelor's level) in regulatory affairs (cosmetics), pharmacy, chemistry or a related scientific discipline; enrolled in an alternance/work‑study programme.
