Role & Responsibilities
- Manage supplier quality performance for precision components, including incoming inspection requirements, acceptance criteria and quality agreements.
- Perform supplier audits and on-site assessments to verify compliance with technical specifications, contractual obligations and quality management systems.
- Investigate supplier non-conformities, lead root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective/preventive actions (8D) until closure.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering and Production to qualify new suppliers, approve first articles and maintain supplier scorecards.
- Develop and maintain inspection plans, control plans and quality documentation; support continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in supplier quality management within precision manufacturing, watchmaking or luxury goods supply chains.
- Practical knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as root cause analysis, 8D, FMEA and SPC.
- Demonstrable experience conducting supplier audits and managing corrective actions end-to-end.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience
Typically 3+ years of hands-on supplier quality or quality engineering experience in precision components, watchmaking, medical devices, aerospace or comparable high-precision manufacturing environments.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
