Officine Panerai is hiring a Sales and Operations Coordinator in Istanbul — coordinate retail operations, inventory and sales reporting for the luxury watch brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day sales and store operations across the Istanbul retail network, ensuring alignment with global brand standards.
  • Manage order processing, stock allocation and inventory reconciliation in collaboration with logistics and warehouse partners.
  • Prepare and deliver regular operational and sales reports, KPI dashboards and ad hoc analyses to support commercial decision-making.
  • Liaise with boutiques, wholesale partners and central teams to implement product launches, merchandising plans and marketing activations.
  • Support point-of-sale operations, CRM maintenance and escalation management for client queries and after‑sales issues.
  • Drive process improvements to optimise stock flow, reduce shrinkage and increase operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate training logistics and documentation for store teams on operational procedures, systems and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Logistics or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to administrative accuracy and process adherence.
  • Strong analytical capability and experience producing operational reports and sales forecasts.
  • Effective communicator with proven stakeholder management across retail teams, logistics and central functions.
  • Capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced luxury retail environment and manage competing priorities.

Experience

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, sales support or supply‑chain coordination, preferably within luxury goods or premium retail environments.
