Marketing Manager
Officine Panerai is hiring a Marketing Manager in Mexico City to lead local brand, retail and event marketing for the luxury watch maison.

Officine Panerai is a Florentine luxury watchmaker renowned for Italian design, technical precision and a maritime heritage. As part of the Richemont Group, the brand operates a global retail and wholesale network and combines artisanal savoir‑faire with international brand-building capabilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement the local marketing strategy for Mexico City in alignment with global brand guidelines and regional objectives.
- Plan and execute omnichannel campaigns across retail, wholesale, digital and CRM channels to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Manage local product launches, in‑store activations, trunk shows and VIP events, overseeing logistics, merchandising and guest experience.
- Oversee relationships with external agencies and media partners, including briefing, creative review, media planning and performance evaluation.
- Own the local marketing budget: forecast, allocate, track spend and report on ROI and KPIs.
- Coordinate trade marketing and store communications with boutique management and wholesale partners to ensure consistent brand presentation.
- Develop and deliver training materials for boutique teams on product stories, campaign messaging and client engagement standards.
- Analyse campaign and retail performance using data and market insight; produce regular reports and actionable recommendations for regional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline; postgraduate qualification (MBA, Master) preferred.
- Proven experience in brand, retail or luxury marketing with demonstrable results in campaign delivery and retail activation.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and measuring marketing ROI.
- Experience briefing and managing creative, PR and media agencies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to work under tight deadlines with meticulous attention to brand detail.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 2–3 years within luxury goods, watches/jewellery or premium retail; experience managing omnichannel campaigns, events and agency partners is essential.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent; postgraduate degree or specialized training in luxury brand management is advantageous.
