Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of integrated marketing and communications campaigns across digital, retail and PR channels.
  • Maintain and coordinate the content calendar, draft editorial copy, and prepare creative assets for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with PR agencies, media partners and internal teams to manage press relations, product seeding and editorial placements.
  • Coordinate local events, product launches and in-store activations, including vendor management and on-site logistics.
  • Monitor campaign performance and media coverage; prepare regular reports and presentation-ready summaries for the New York team.
  • Manage administrative tasks including budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor briefings to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Proven track record (typically 2+ years) in marketing, communications, PR or brand support—preferably within luxury goods, watches or fashion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editorial judgement and attention to detail.
  • Organized project manager with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Strong cultural fit for luxury brand environments: discretion, polished presentation and client-focused mindset.
  • Authorization to work in the United States for the duration of the six-month assignment.
