Role & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the sale of luxury timepieces while embodying the brand's spirit and image.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate long-lasting client relationships.
  • Oversee store operations including sales management, inventory control, and administrative tasks.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the store.
  • Maintain and update client information to enhance customer engagement.
  • Greet and assist customers, addressing their needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed product presentations and sales demonstrations.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in watchmaking and sales is preferred.
  • A strong passion for service and excellent communication skills.
  • Over five years of experience in international luxury sales is advantageous.

Proven ability to meet sales targets. Proficiency in maintaining and updating customer databases. Competence in allocating sales targets and achieving performance objectives. Expertise in customer service and product demonstration.

Experience

A minimum of five years in luxury sales, preferably within the watchmaking sector.
