Officine Panerai Singapore is hiring a Commercial Intern to support sales analysis, forecasting and retail operations in Singapore.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the regional commercial team with sales and performance reporting, maintaining accurate dashboards and KPI tracking.
- Assist in demand forecasting, inventory reconciliation and order follow-up between retail, wholesale and logistics teams.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform pricing, assortment and promotional recommendations for the Singapore market.
- Maintain and update CRM records, assist with clienteling activities and prepare materials for client appointments and events.
- Prepare commercial presentations and ad-hoc analyses for management and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Provide operational support for retail merchandising, visual standards and product launches as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Luxury Management or a related discipline.
- Strong numerical aptitude with proven ability to analyse sales data and distil commercial insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; professional presentation skills.
- Highly organised with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated interest in luxury goods, watches or premium retail; prior internship experience in retail or commercial functions is an advantage.

Experience
Internship experience in retail, commercial operations, sales support or business analysis is preferred. Demonstrable exposure to data analysis, forecasting or client-facing activities within a luxury or premium retail environment is advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a tertiary programme (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business, Marketing, Economics, Luxury Management or a related field.
