Commercial Director
Officine Panerai seeks a Commercial Director in Bangkok to lead commercial strategy, sales and P&L for the Thailand market.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Thailand market, translating global brand objectives into a locally relevant plan to drive profitable growth.
- Own P&L performance for the territory, establishing budgets, targets, pricing strategy and margin management across channels.
- Manage and develop all sales channels (monobrand boutiques, wholesale/distributors, travel retail and e‑commerce), ensuring consistent brand representation and operational excellence.
- Lead distributor and partner relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, channel terms and KPIs; ensure contract compliance and performance improvement.
- Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs, provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management, and deliver monthly/quarterly performance reporting to regional leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing, visual merchandising and product teams to plan trade marketing, launches, in-store activations and clienteling initiatives aligned with brand campaigns.
- Direct a cross-functional team (sales, retail operations, commercial planning), mentor senior managers and build capability across commercial functions.
- Drive assortment, inventory and replenishment planning in coordination with supply chain and retail operations to optimize sell-through and reduce stock-outs.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards, pricing policy and local regulatory requirements; implement commercial policies and governance.
Qualifications
- Proven commercial leadership experience within luxury goods, premium watches or high-end fashion; track record of delivering revenue and margin growth.
- Demonstrable P&L ownership and experience managing multi-channel retail and wholesale networks.
- Strong negotiation experience with distributors, retail partners and key accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Right to work in Thailand and proven knowledge of the local market dynamics.

Experience
Typically 8+ years of progressive commercial experience in luxury goods or premium retail, including several years in leadership roles with responsibility for multi-channel sales, distributor management and P&L delivery. Experience in watches or timepieces is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
