Officine Panerai seeks a Client Advisor in McLean, VA (Tysons) to deliver luxury watch sales and exemplary client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, bespoke client service in a high-end boutique environment, cultivating long-term relationships and personalized clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, product demonstrations, and effective closing techniques.
- Maintain authoritative product knowledge of Panerai timepieces, movements and brand history to advise clients accurately and confidently.
- Manage client appointments, follow-ups and the CRM database to ensure consistent engagement and conversion of prospective clients.
- Execute boutique merchandising standards, visual presentation and stock management, including receiving, inventory reconciliation and loss-prevention protocols.
- Coordinate with after-sales, service and repairs teams to ensure timely client handovers and a seamless ownership experience.
- Represent the brand at events and private viewings, and liaise with regional teams on promotional initiatives and local market intelligence.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-touch client service and build repeat business in a luxury retail setting.
- Demonstrated sales success with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets in watches, jewellery or high-end fashion preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills and professional grooming consistent with luxury retail standards.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays; eligibility to work in the United States.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and discretion when handling high-value merchandise and client information.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct experience in luxury retail sales, preferably with watches or fine jewellery; proven client acquisition and retention track record.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
