Officine Panerai seeks a Client Advisor in Kuala Lumpur to deliver luxury watch sales, clienteling and in-boutique leadership.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high-touch service to prospective and existing clients, building lasting relationships and a proprietary client portfolio.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, appointment management and follow-up.
  • Communicate detailed product knowledge on Panerai collections and technical features, advising clients on ownership, maintenance and after‑sales services.
  • Conduct boutique merchandising and presentation to brand standards, ensuring visual displays, stock rotation and inventory integrity.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and maintain accurate CRM records, sales reporting and client data in compliance with company procedures.
  • Collaborate with boutique team and regional stakeholders on events, VIP experiences and local marketing initiatives to drive footfall and brand affinity.
  • Manage boutique cash handling, stock movements, and ensure adherence to internal controls and loss-prevention protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail or premium product sales, ideally within watches, jewellery or high-end accessories.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a client-first orientation and strong negotiation aptitude.
  • Polished professional presentation and ability to represent a luxury maison with discretion and cultural sensitivity.
  • Ability to learn and articulate technical product information clearly and confidently.
  • Legal right to work in Malaysia and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings.

Experience

Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury retail or high-value goods sales; direct experience with watches or jewellery is strongly preferred and experience in client acquisition and retention is essential.

Education

Secondary school completion required; tertiary qualification in business, hospitality, marketing or a related discipline preferred.
