Role & Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service and luxury shopping experience.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Panerai products and heritage to effectively communicate with clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Passion for luxury products and customer service.

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
