Officine Panerai is hiring a Client Advisor in Boston to deliver luxury watch sales and bespoke client service in a boutique setting.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, relationship-driven client service to acquire, nurture and retain high-value customers within the boutique.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and expert product presentation.
- Maintain expert product knowledge of Panerai collections and technical watchmaking features to advise clients accurately.
- Execute clienteling activities: manage CRM records, schedule appointments, follow up on leads and coordinate bespoke client requests.
- Support boutique operations including visual merchandising, stock management, point-of-sale transactions and loss-prevention protocols.
- Coordinate with after-sales and service teams to facilitate repairs, warranties and bespoke client servicing.
- Represent the brand at in-store and client events, ensuring a refined and consistent luxury experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or premium watch/jewellery sales, preferably within haute horlogerie.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and cultivating long-term client relationships.
- Impeccable personal presentation, professional discretion and a client-focused demeanour.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required by boutique operations.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of progressive experience in luxury retail sales, with specific exposure to watch or jewellery categories preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in retail, hospitality, business or a related discipline preferred but not required.
