Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end procurement for new product introductions: translate collection requirements into sourcing plans, purchase orders and delivery schedules.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships; negotiate commercial terms, lead times and quality agreements with internal standards for luxury watchmaking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics and Commercial teams to ensure on-time availability for launches.
- Manage demand forecasting, inventory planning and order cadence for novelties to minimise stockouts and excess inventory at launch.
- Monitor supplier performance and procurement KPIs (OTD, lead time, cost variances); implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, corporate and sustainability requirements across the sourcing lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline; a master’s degree or specialised procurement qualification is advantageous.
- 3–5 years of procurement/purchasing experience, ideally within luxury goods, watches or jewelry and exposure to new product introduction.
- Proven experience negotiating with suppliers, managing lead times and implementing inventory controls for product launches.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical rigour and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English; additional languages are a plus.

Experience
Several years of progressive procurement or buying experience (typically 3–5 years) with demonstrable responsibility for sourcing and supply planning for product launches; experience within luxury watchmaking or related luxury categories is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field; postgraduate or professional procurement certification preferred.
