Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high‑touch service to local and international clients, establishing long‑term relationships and fostering client loyalty.
  • Present and narrate the Maison’s collections and heritage with passion, guiding clients through product features and provenance.
  • Proactively pursue and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and display upkeep to ensure a refined, on‑brand boutique environment.
  • Embody the brand’s image through impeccable grooming and a thorough knowledge of luxury trends and product craftsmanship.
  • Collaborate closely with in‑store and back‑office teams to ensure seamless client service and operational coherence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bac+2 (associate degree) or equivalent vocational qualification.
  • At least 3 years’ proven experience in luxury retail or high‑end fashion/leather goods sales.
  • Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrable aptitude for clienteling and relationship management.
  • Commercially driven, organized and comfortable working to measurable sales goals.

Experience
