Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑touch service to local and international clients, establishing long‑term relationships and fostering client loyalty.
- Present and narrate the Maison’s collections and heritage with passion, guiding clients through product features and provenance.
- Proactively pursue and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and upselling opportunities.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and display upkeep to ensure a refined, on‑brand boutique environment.
- Embody the brand’s image through impeccable grooming and a thorough knowledge of luxury trends and product craftsmanship.
- Collaborate closely with in‑store and back‑office teams to ensure seamless client service and operational coherence.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bac+2 (associate degree) or equivalent vocational qualification.
- At least 3 years’ proven experience in luxury retail or high‑end fashion/leather goods sales.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrable aptitude for clienteling and relationship management.
- Commercially driven, organized and comfortable working to measurable sales goals.

Minimum three years of hands‑on experience in luxury retail sales, ideally within leather goods, accessories, or high‑end fashion boutiques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
Education
Bac+2 (associate degree) or equivalent vocational qualification.
