Montblanc in Mexico City seeks a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to design and implement luxury retail displays and windows.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute in-store visual concepts and seasonal window displays aligned with global brand directives and local market nuances.
  • Produce detailed planograms, floorplans and installation guidelines to ensure consistent brand presentation across mono-brand boutiques and concessions.
  • Coordinate with retail operations and store teams to schedule installations, manage fixture allocations and oversee on-site implementation.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing and product teams to translate campaign imagery into compelling retail storytelling and customer-facing displays.
  • Monitor visual standards through regular store visits and audits, providing corrective action plans and coaching to store personnel.
  • Manage inventory of visual assets and props; source, commission or adapt fixtures and materials within budgetary constraints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Interior Design, Retail Design or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in luxury retail visual merchandising, ideally within watches, leather goods or accessories.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility with a meticulous attention to proportion, materials and lighting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.

Experience

Typically 2–5 years of hands-on visual merchandising experience in luxury retail, with demonstrable experience producing windows, planograms and store roll-outs across multiple locations.

Education

Degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Interior Design, Retail Design, or equivalent professional experience.
