Montblanc is hiring a Manager Third Party E‑Commerce in Hamburg — lead marketplace partnerships and commercial performance for the luxury brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the third‑party marketplace and platform strategy to maximise brand presence, margin and growth across assigned channels (e.g., Amazon, Farfetch, partner marketplaces).
  • Manage commercial partnerships with marketplace operators and authorised sellers, including negotiation of commercial terms, onboarding, assortment planning and promotions.
  • Own P&L, sales forecasting, inventory allocation and pricing strategies for third‑party channels; monitor and report on monthly/quarterly KPIs.
  • Ensure brand integrity and compliance across marketplaces: product content, imagery, A+ content, MAP enforcement and intellectual property protection.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional execution with marketing, digital, logistics, legal and retail teams to implement campaigns, advertising and operational processes.
  • Optimise product content, search visibility and conversion through data analysis, SEO and merchandising best practices.
  • Manage operational integrations with marketplaces and 3PLs, resolving order fulfilment, returns and supply chain incidents.
  • Lead or participate in projects to improve marketplace tooling, analytics, and processes; mentor more junior team members or external agencies as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing third‑party marketplaces or digital channel partnerships, preferably within luxury goods or premium retail.
  • Track record of delivering sales growth, margin improvement and operational excellence on marketplace platforms.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with experience contracting and managing external partners.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership across marketing, operations, legal and supply chain functions.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and report on KPIs.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is advantageous (not specified in source).
