Montblanc in Paris seeks a Stock Assistant (Work‑Study) in alternance to manage boutique inventory and support sales operations.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and accurately unpack inbound deliveries; verify goods against delivery notes and purchase orders.
  • Maintain an organised, secure and compliant stockroom, ensuring products are stored according to category and condition requirements.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and support full inventory reconciliations; report discrepancies and follow up with relevant teams.
  • Replenish the sales floor promptly and collaborate with boutique staff to support merchandising and visual presentation.
  • Prepare transfers, returns and outgoing shipments, ensuring packaging and documentation meet luxury brand standards.
  • Support loss‑prevention procedures and uphold product handling protocols to preserve merchandising quality.

Qualifications

  • Eligible for an alternance/work‑study contract in France; currently enrolled in a relevant vocational or higher education programme.
  • Demonstrable organisational aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a boutique team and liaise with sales colleagues.
  • Physically capable of handling stock tasks, including lifting and prolonged standing.
  • Basic numeracy and comfort with following written procedures and inventory records.

Experience

Education

Enrolled in a vocational or higher education programme (e.g., BTS, DUT or equivalent) in logistics, retail management, supply chain, merchandising or a related discipline.
