Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive boutique sales performance and consistently achieve or exceed individual and store KPIs through proactive selling and strategic clientelling.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, managing follow-up, bespoke service and personalised offer strategies.
  • Lead by example on the sales floor: deliver exemplary customer service, perform live demonstrations of product features and advise on product care and styling.
  • Coach, mentor and deputise for junior sales staff; provide on-the-job training in product knowledge, client approach and sales techniques.
  • Manage daily boutique operations including point-of-sale transactions, stock receipt and replenishment, inventory control and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and execution to reflect brand presentation guidelines and seasonal directives.
  • Contribute to local marketing and event activities, including private client events, trunk shows and product launches.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales, preferably within watches, leather goods, jewellery or accessories.
  • Demonstrable experience building and managing an affluent client portfolio and delivering personalised client experiences.
  • Previous supervisory or mentoring experience in a boutique or retail environment is preferred.
  • Strong numeracy and cash handling/transaction experience with familiarity of boutique operations and POS processes.
  • Right to work in Australia (local work authorization) — employer may require verification.

Experience
