Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve sales targets through exceptional customer service.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Montblanc products and brand heritage.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the store is visually appealing.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Korean and English.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in a similar role.
