Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and achieve sales targets through exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Montblanc products and brand heritage.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the store is visually appealing.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Korean and English.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in a similar role.
