Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑touch client service to a discerning luxury clientele and cultivate long‑term client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and cross‑selling.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across Montblanc categories (writing instruments, leather goods, watches, accessories) to advise clients and close sales.
- Execute point‑of‑sale transactions, process payments and maintain accurate sales and client records using store systems.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards to reflect brand identity and seasonal directives.
- Manage stockroom operations, merchandise replenishment and basic inventory control; support receiving and stock audits.
- Support client events, private appointments and after‑sales service to reinforce client loyalty and retention.
- Adhere to company policies, loss‑prevention procedures and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven commercial orientation with a strong focus on client service and relationship building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; polished, professional presentation appropriate for luxury retail.
- Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by boutique operations.
- Comfort with handling high‑value merchandise and discreetly managing sensitive client interactions.
- Fluency in Spanish is typically expected for the Mexico City market; additional language skills are advantageous.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion, leather goods, watches or high‑end hospitality environments; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and cultivating repeat clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion, hospitality or sales is advantageous.
