Sales Manager
Montblanc seeks a Sales Manager in Toronto to lead boutique sales, cultivate VIP clients and deliver revenue targets.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the boutique sales team to exceed monthly and annual revenue targets while upholding Montblanc’s service standards.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, promotional initiatives and clienteling programs to grow wallet share and lifetime value.
- Coach, mentor and evaluate sales advisors through regular coaching sessions, development plans and performance reviews.
- Own staffing activities including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling and rostering to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
- Maintain rigorous visual merchandising and presentation standards aligned with global brand directives.
- Manage inventory integrity, stock replenishment and loss-prevention protocols in collaboration with operations.
- Analyse sales KPIs and prepare concise reports for regional management with actionable recommendations.
- Plan and host client events, trunk shows and VIP appointments to cultivate high-value relationships.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams on product launches, training rollouts and market initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in luxury retail sales with demonstrable results against targets.
- Prior people-management experience with the ability to hire, develop and retain high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and familiarity with retail KPIs (conversion, AUR, units per transaction).
- Exceptional clienteling skills and a polished, professional presentation appropriate to a luxury house.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to travel locally as required.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.

Experience
Typically requires 3–5 years in luxury retail with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity overseeing a boutique sales team and delivering consistent revenue growth.
Education
Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail.
