Sales Manager
Montblanc is hiring a Sales Manager in Las Vegas — lead boutique sales, drive KPIs and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the boutique sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual KPIs, including sales, conversion and average transaction value.
- Manage daily store operations: opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, inventory control and loss-prevention protocols.
- Develop and execute high-impact clienteling strategies to grow a loyal, high-value customer base and maximise repeat business.
- Ensure adherence to brand visual merchandising standards and retail presentation in line with corporate directives.
- Coach, mentor and conduct regular performance reviews; recruit and onboard new hires in collaboration with regional HR.
- Oversee CRM and POS usage to ensure accurate client records, follow-ups and pipeline management.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for regional leadership; analyse trends and propose corrective actions.
- Plan and host in-store events and private client appointments to drive brand engagement and conversion.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in luxury retail or premium lifestyle brands, ideally within watches, leather goods or accessories.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing store P&L responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience building high-performing teams.
- Exceptional clienteling and interpersonal skills suited to high-net-worth clientele.
- Proficient with CRM and POS systems; comfortable working with sales reporting and basic financial metrics.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by boutique operations.

Experience
Typically requires 3–5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail sales, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity with responsibility for driving sales performance and team development.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail accepted.
