Montblanc Taoyuan seeks a Sales Associate to deliver upscale client service and drive sales in its Taoyuan boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver bespoke, high-touch client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product storytelling.
  • Maintain exemplary boutique standards: visual merchandising, housekeeping, and inventory presentation aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Manage transactions, returns and after-sales service accurately using the boutique POS and CRM systems.
  • Support stock management activities including receiving, tagging, replenishment and cycle counts.
  • Participate in boutique events and trunk shows, representing the brand with professionalism and discretion.
  • Report market intelligence and customer feedback to the store management to inform local business tactics.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or premium brands, preferably in watches, leather goods, accessories or jewelry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused demeanour and strong sales acumen.
  • Ability to present refined product knowledge and tell the brand story convincingly.
  • Fluent conversational ability in Mandarin with professional-level English desirable (language requirements to be confirmed by employer).
  • Impeccable personal presentation, reliability, and readiness to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.

Experience
