Sales Associate
Montblanc in Sydney seeks a Sales Associate to deliver luxury client service and grow boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high-net-worth and aspirational clients across Montblanc product categories (writing instruments, leather goods, timepieces, accessories).
- Proactively build and maintain a client portfolio through targeted outreach, clienteling and follow-up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while actively participating in promotional initiatives and store events.
- Maintain immaculate boutique presentation and execute visual merchandising standards to reflect brand aesthetics and seasonal directives.
- Accurately process sales transactions, returns and repairs through the point-of-sale system; ensure inventory integrity via stock management and cycle counts.
- Provide product education and after-sales support, including servicing guidance and coordination with service centers for repairs and warranties.
- Collaborate with store management on opening/closing procedures, administrative tasks and loss-prevention measures.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in client-facing retail roles, ideally within luxury or premium brands.
- Polished professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills suited to high-touch customer engagement.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and cultivating long-term client relationships.
- Right to work in Australia and availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
- Basic numeracy and strong attention to detail for cash handling and inventory duties.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience, with preference for candidates who have worked within luxury, premium or specialty boutiques and who can demonstrate measurable sales performance and client development.
Education
High school completion or equivalent; vocational qualifications in retail, customer service or a related field are advantageous but not mandatory.
