Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a distinguished, personalised client experience to cultivate loyalty and maximise lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client prospecting and clienteling.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge across Montblanc categories (writing instruments, leather, watches, accessories) and translate features into client benefits.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, accurate cash-handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support boutique events, private appointments and after-sales service with discretion and professionalism.
  • Update and maintain client records in CRM to ensure timely follow-up and personalised outreach.

Qualifications

  • Right to work in Australia.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer-service orientation.
  • Professional presentation and ability to represent a luxury brand with discretion.
  • Numeracy and accuracy in sales transactions and basic reporting.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays.

Experience

1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury goods or premium lifestyle brands; demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised client service.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a tertiary qualification in retail, hospitality or a related discipline is advantageous but not required.
