Sales Associate
Montblanc is hiring a Sales Associate in Hong Kong to deliver luxury client service, product expertise and achieve boutique sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-value and new clients, building lasting relationships and client files.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and cross-selling across categories.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge of Montblanc collections (writing instruments, leather goods, watches and accessories) and provide expert demonstrations.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, maintain accurate cash handling and ensure compliance with store procedures.
- Maintain boutique presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock replenishment and housekeeping.
- Support after-sales service and warranty processes, coordinating with regional service teams when necessary.
- Contribute to inventory control, stock reconciliation and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for client-facing retail in luxury goods, with polished professional presentation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with an affluent clientele.
- Comfortable working retail hours including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Legal right to work in Hong Kong.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury or premium-brand retail is preferred; typically 1+ year of client-facing sales experience demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail or luxury brand management is advantageous.
