Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long‑term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling of writing instruments, leather goods, watches and accessories.
  • Maintain boutique standards: strict adherence to visual merchandising, presentation, housekeeping and loss‑prevention protocols.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions, manage returns and handle cash securely and accurately.
  • Support inventory control, stock replenishment and back‑of‑house organisation to ensure product availability and presentation.
  • Participate in product training, brand events and in‑store promotions; contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Customer‑centric mindset with polished interpersonal skills and a sales‑driven orientation.
  • Fluent spoken and written German; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrable interest in luxury goods and an aptitude for explaining product provenance, materials and craftsmanship.
  • Professional appearance and the ability to represent a heritage luxury brand with discretion and integrity.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required by boutique operations.

Experience

Preferably at least 1 year of retail experience, ideally within luxury or premium brands; entry‑level candidates with strong customer service aptitude and demonstrable sales potential will be considered.

Education

Secondary education completion; vocational retail training (e.g., Kaufmann/Kauffrau im Einzelhandel) or diploma in sales/retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
