Montblanc Dubai is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver personalised luxury client service and drive boutique sales in Dubai.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and upselling of Montblanc products.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across writing instruments, leather goods, watches and accessories to advise clients accurately.
- Maintain boutique visual merchandising and brand presentation standards, including window displays and on-floor styling.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, manage returns and ensure accurate cash handling and daily reconciliations.
- Support stock management activities: receive inventory, perform cycle counts, replenish floor stock and report discrepancies.
- Participate in in-store events, VIP appointments and client outreach campaigns to drive traffic and conversion.
- Collaborate with the boutique team and regional management to share client intelligence and support CRM database hygiene.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-standard customer service in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, tactful with high-net-worth clients.
- Reliable, professionally presented and able to represent a heritage luxury brand.
- Right to work in the UAE and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of customer-facing sales experience in luxury or premium retail, with demonstrable success in client acquisition, retention and meeting individual sales targets.
Education
Secondary education (high school) required; tertiary education or formal training in retail, hospitality, fashion or related fields preferred.
