Montblanc is hiring a Sales Associate in Abu Dhabi — deliver personalised luxury service in Montblanc's boutique and drive sales performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-net-worth clients and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while accurately recording sales activity in the CRM and POS systems.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across writing instruments, leather goods, timepieces and accessories to advise clients and close sales.
  • Maintain boutique standards through visual merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory control and daily housekeeping.
  • Provide after‑sales service including product care advice, handling repairs/returns coordination and following up on client enquiries.
  • Participate in boutique events, product launches and client appointment programmes to drive traffic and deepen engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures and local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in retail, hospitality, fashion or related field is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in luxury or premium retail sales; a demonstrated track record of meeting targets is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client‑facing manner.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client priorities.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, public holidays and evenings as required.
  • Legal entitlement to work in the UAE.

Experience

Preferably 1–2 years of direct sales experience in luxury retail or premium boutiques, with demonstrable success in client development and sales conversion.
