Montblanc Paris is hiring a Sales Advisor (Full-time) to deliver exceptional luxury client service in its boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to discerning clients to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and proactive clienteling.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across Montblanc categories (writing instruments, leather goods, watches and accessories) and communicate features and provenance with authority.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process including appointments, consultations, transactions and after-sales follow-up.
  • Execute boutique visual merchandising standards and maintain an immaculate presentation of product, displays and store environment.
  • Operate POS and CRM systems accurately, update client dossiers and manage prospecting activities.
  • Support inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Participate in store events, launches and local marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence.

  • Proven track record of success in a luxury retail or premium boutique environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset and polished professional presence.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to close sales and meet targets.
  • High attention to detail in store presentation, client records and transactional accuracy.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and local holidays.
