Montblanc in Mexico City seeks Sales Personnel to deliver luxury client service, grow clientele and achieve boutique sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and cultivate long-term relationships with high-value clientele.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active selling, clienteling and follow-up.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across Montblanc categories (writing instruments, watches, leather goods, accessories) and translate features into client benefits.
- Manage inbound and outbound client communications, maintain CRM records and execute targeted outreach to develop repeat business.
- Support in-store visual merchandising and ensure presentation adheres to Montblanc brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle after-sales service, repairs and warranty processes as required.
- Participate in boutique events, product launches and coordinated selling initiatives to grow the client base.
- Assist with stock management, inventory audits and loss-prevention procedures while maintaining boutique housekeeping standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or boutique environment, preferably with a focus on watches, leather goods or writing instruments.
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Polished professional appearance and manner consistent with luxury brand standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly with discerning clientele.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods; legal authorization to work in Mexico.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of hands-on experience in luxury retail or boutique sales, with demonstrable success in client acquisition and revenue generation. Prior exposure to premium product categories is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualification in business, hospitality, fashion or a related field preferred.
