Retail Performance Manager
Montblanc in Sydney seeks a Retail Performance Manager to drive store KPIs, sales growth and commercial initiatives across the ANZ retail footprint.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define, monitor and report retail KPIs across the Sydney/ANZ store network to drive sales, conversion and average transaction value improvements.
- Analyse sales, traffic and product performance to identify growth opportunities and formulate actionable improvement plans for stores and regional teams.
- Partner with Store Management, Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations to implement commercial initiatives, seasonal campaigns and in-store activations.
- Design and deliver regular performance reviews, coaching sessions and tailored action plans for store leadership to close performance gaps.
- Lead forecasting, inventory allocation input and stock productivity initiatives in collaboration with planning and supply chain teams.
- Develop customised dashboards and management reports; ensure data integrity and timeliness of reporting to senior leadership.
- Manage local projects to improve retail processes, POS analytics, CRM utilisation and customer experience metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Retail Management or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into executable retail actions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; experience influencing store leadership and cross-functional partners at senior levels.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills with demonstrable ability to lead performance improvement.
- High level of numeracy and attention to detail; comfortable working under tight retail reporting deadlines.

Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail performance, commercial analysis or operations, ideally within luxury or premium retail. Demonstrated track record of driving sales improvements and leading cross-store initiatives.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Retail Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
