Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily boutique operations to deliver exceptional client service and uphold Montblanc brand standards.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive clienteling, targeted prospecting and VIP relationship management.
  • Recruit, train, coach and motivate a high-performing retail team; manage schedules, performance reviews and development plans.
  • Direct visual merchandising and in-store presentation to ensure coherence with seasonal directives and product launches.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, loss-prevention procedures and accurate point-of-sale reconciliation.
  • Prepare and present regular commercial reports and KPIs to regional management; implement action plans to improve store performance.
  • Plan and execute client events, product launches and collaborations in coordination with marketing and regional teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in luxury retail with responsibility for a boutique or store team.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing KPIs.
  • Strong commercial acumen and clienteling skills, with experience managing high-value clientele and VIP relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching abilities; capable of developing and retaining talent within the team.
  • Fluent business communication skills appropriate for a luxury retail environment.

Experience

At least 3 years of management experience in luxury retail, with a demonstrated record of leading sales teams and delivering sustained commercial results.
