PR Manager
Montblanc in Dubai seeks a PR Manager to lead regional media relations and brand communications for the luxury Maison.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute regional PR and communications strategy to enhance brand equity and support commercial objectives.
- Manage media relations across lifestyle, luxury, and trade press; cultivate and maintain relationships with key journalists, editors and influencers.
- Prepare and approve press materials — press releases, media kits, spokesperson briefs and Q&A documents — ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines.
- Plan and deliver brand activations, product launches, press events and experiential programmes in the Dubai / MENA region.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, retail, product and global communications teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and campaign implementation.
- Oversee influencer and partnership initiatives, including selection, negotiation and performance measurement.
- Monitor media coverage, produce regular reports and derive insights to optimise PR activity and ROI.
- Manage PR budgets, external agencies and freelance resources; ensure timely delivery and contractual compliance.
- Act as regional spokesperson contact and support executive interviews and high-profile media requests; handle escalation and crisis communications when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or related discipline.
- Proven ability to develop and implement PR strategies tailored to luxury or premium brands.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience drafting press materials and executive briefing notes.
- Track record of securing high-profile coverage and organising successful brand events and launches.
- Experience managing external agencies, budgets and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong editorial judgement, media network and an understanding of regional media dynamics in the Gulf and broader MENA market.
- Availability to work flexibly around events, product launches and media deadlines.

Experience
Typically requires 5+ years of progressive public relations experience, with demonstrable experience in luxury goods, fashion, watches or accessories and a proven record of managing regional campaigns and media relations.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or equivalent.
