Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day inventory operations: receiving, storage, cycle counts and stock reconciliation to ensure product integrity and availability.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers, warehouses and retail locations to meet delivery schedules and service-level targets.
  • Process and fulfill orders accurately, including packing to brand packaging standards, documentation and shipping compliance.
  • Liaise with procurement, production and retail teams to resolve discrepancies, expedite critical orders and support demand fulfilment.
  • Maintain operational records and prepare regular reports on inventory levels, shipments, returns and KPIs to inform decision-making.
  • Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes, layout, and standard operating procedures to increase efficiency and reduce shrinkage.
  • Ensure compliance with customs, export/import regulations and company quality standards for all shipped goods.

Qualifications

  • Post‑secondary diploma or bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in inventory control, warehouse operations or logistics (1–3 years preferred).
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of shipping documentation, customs procedures and basic compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with commercial and operational teams.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years working in operations, logistics or warehouse roles; prior experience within luxury retail, fashion or high-value goods preferred.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or equivalent; vocational qualifications with relevant hands-on experience also acceptable.
