Montblanc is hiring a Key Holder in Miami (Dadeland) to support boutique operations, client service and sales performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Open and close the Dadeland boutique, ensuring all security and cash procedures are rigorously followed.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and develop lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Support the store manager in driving sales performance and achieving boutique KPIs.
  • Supervise the sales floor in the manager's absence, providing coaching and direction to sales staff.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, visual presentation and product replenishment to brand guidelines.
  • Execute stock management tasks: receiving, inventory controls, transfers and shrinkage prevention.
  • Operate the POS system, process transactions accurately and reconcile cash at shift end.
  • Escalate operational or client issues to management and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion, accessories or watches.
  • Proven supervisory or key-holder experience in a boutique or store environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident in consultative selling and clienteling.
  • Availability to work a retail schedule including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Experience

At least 2 years of frontline retail experience with prior responsibility as a key holder or supervisor; experience in the luxury or premium goods sector strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail or fashion is a plus.
