Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in day-to-day leadership of the boutique, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met.
  • Drive exceptional client experience and clienteling initiatives to build long-term relationships with high-value customers.
  • Supervise, coach and develop boutique sales staff; lead by example on selling techniques, product knowledge and service standards.
  • Oversee store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash management, reconciliation and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Manage stock control, receiving, inventory audits and replenishment processes to optimise availability and minimise shrinkage.
  • Prepare and deliver sales and operational reports; liaise with regional management on business performance and local initiatives.
  • Coordinate boutique events, private appointments and VIP services to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local labour regulations and health & safety requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail supervisory experience in luxury fashion, watches or leather goods; typically 2+ years in an assistant manager or senior sales role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused demeanour and polished presentation.
  • Leadership aptitude: experience coaching, motivating and developing small teams.
  • Solid organisational skills with attention to detail in stock management and operational procedures.
  • Language skills: strong German and good command of English are highly desirable for this location.
