Client Advisor
Montblanc seeks a Sales Advisor in Paris (Galeries Lafayette) — fixed-term retail role delivering luxury client service and sales excellence.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional personalised client service to high‑value and walk‑in clients, proactively driving sales and client retention.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Maintain superior product knowledge across Montblanc categories (writing instruments, leather goods, watches, accessories) and present merchandise with attention to storytelling and craft.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, returns and after‑sales requests with accuracy and discretion.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards, stock replenishment and back‑of‑house organisation to brand guidelines.
- Participate in in-store events, private appointments and client outreach initiatives to build the client book.
- Collaborate with store management and colleagues to ensure seamless operations, inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills with a confident, service‑oriented manner.
- Proven aptitude for consultative selling and building long‑term client relationships.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings and peak trading periods.
- Legal right to work in France and availability for a fixed‑term contract at Galeries Lafayette.

Experience
