Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high‑touch client service to cultivate long‑term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve boutique sales targets and KPIs through proactive clienteling, upselling and pipeline management.
- Maintain authoritative product knowledge across writing instruments, leather goods, watches and accessories; present and demonstrate product craftsmanship and heritage.
- Manage CRM records, follow up on leads and coordinate private appointments and after‑sales service.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation, stock integrity and merchandising replenishment.
- Operate POS and complete accurate transaction processing, returns and repairs per company policy.
- Participate in boutique events, launches and VIP activities to extend brand presence and client engagement.
- Collaborate with boutique team and management to share market feedback and contribute to local commercial initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for delivering exceptional luxury client service and building lasting client relationships.
- Strong commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional demeanour and discretion with high‑value clients.
- Organisational reliability, attention to detail and ability to manage follow‑up and client records.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak trading hours; willingness to participate in boutique events.
- Multilingual ability and prior exposure to international clientele are advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of client‑facing experience in luxury retail or hospitality, with demonstrable sales performance and experience working with high‑value products.
Education
Secondary school completion (high school). Vocational training or a diploma/degree in retail management, luxury brand management or hospitality is desirable but not required.
