Montblanc is hiring a Sales Associate in Hong Kong — deliver luxury client service and meet sales targets in a Montblanc boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service and cultivate long-term relationships with high-value clientele through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to team commercial objectives and KPI tracking.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across writing instruments, leather goods, watches and accessories to present the brand story and features convincingly.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, handle returns and maintain accurate sales and client records.
  • Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, stock presentation, inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support boutique events, VIP appointments and product launches; collaborate with the store team and regional management on promotional activities.
  • Complete mandatory training and product education to remain current on collections, materials and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or client-facing experience, ideally within the luxury or premium sector.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver consultative service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with polished manner and professional presentation.
  • Organised, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced boutique environment.
  • Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of retail or direct-sales experience; prior experience in luxury, premium or specialty retail strongly preferred.

Secondary education (high school diploma) required; tertiary education in retail, hospitality or related fields is advantageous.
